What’s New in Audience Finder Answers: Have you explored the new Audience Spectrum sub-segments yet?

Audience Spectrum has had a bit of a freshen-up of late, all with the aim of helping you get to know your audiences in even greater detail. The major change is that your audience data is now further profiled by a new set of sub-segments, in addition to the 10 top-level segments you’ll be familiar with.

Up your data collection game

If you’ve a busy autumn season ahead, you’ll no doubt want to make the most of the chance to collect audience surveys. Here are some tips from our team for organisations of all sizes:

Spotlight on the Audience Finder Sales Tracker

Over two years since the start of the pandemic and it seems audiences are still determined to behave in ways that are challenging and confounding marketers; many organisations tell us their sales patterns are far from returning to a pre-Covid ‘normal’.

Our live sales tracker is keeping an eye on what’s going on, and uses data from the Audience Finder dataset (both pre-pandemic and up to the present) to monitor ticket sales across the country, week by week. You can break it down further by region, artform and Audience Spectrum segment.

While it might not offer a crystal ball to predict the future (wouldn’t that be nice?), hopefully we can at least offer some context to what you’re seeing with your own audiences.
