Build your confidence in using evidence to identify, understand and engage the broadest audiences. This session will provide you with the foundations of how data can be practically useful in building a robust audience development approach.
From understanding your catchment area or communities, identifying shared objectives with partners, setting SMART objectives, developing strategies, profiling your audiences or visitors, planning communications to assessing your successes and learnings. We will introduce you to a range of rich sources of data and an understanding of how to apply them.
This session is for individuals who want to broaden, deepen and diversify their audience relationships, using data from both inside and outside their organisation. This workshop is applicable to anyone working with audiences in a management or leadership capacity – from marketing and fundraising to artistic/programming and community development.
