Getting started: How to set up an Audience Finder survey in 3 easy steps

Setting up a survey for your audiences and visitors is a great way to find out more about them and (by using the benchmarks available in Audience Finder) see how they compare to your local population.

Here’s how to get started:

1 Pick your questions
The core survey questions are compulsory (so you can compare with others), but there are lots of options to add questions. Have a think about what’s most relevant and useful to you.

2 Pick your methodology
How are you collecting responses - sending an email post-visit, in person on a tablet, on paper, or by QR code?

3 Get in touch
Fill in this short form and we’ll do the rest. Simples, right?
