Getting started with using the Audience Answers Knowledge Base

The Audience Answers Knowledge Base has moved to The Audience Agency Community. For those of you yet to pay a visit, we have created the quick guide below to help you find the information you need.

Step 1: Entering the Knowledge Base
Visit the Knowledge Base by clicking the top option in the drop-down banner or the top right-hand side of the homepage toolbar. Remember to bookmark this for future reference!

Step 2: Finding your resources

Now that you are in the Knowledge Base, you will see a search bar at the top of the page where you can type in your request and see related results.

Or, if you’d prefer to browse the articles by type, you can do this via the menu on the left-hand side. This includes overviews by platform type, data methodology and UK region.

Step 3: Further support

Most resources will point towards further retated articles. If you have any questions about what you have read, you can ask a question by replying to the chat section in each article. Our team will follow up with a response.
