How do I register for an Audience Finder Original and Audience Finder Answers account?

To register for an Audience Finder Original and or Audience Finder Answers account, please visit:

The registration form will ask you to fill in your full name, email address, phone number and organisation name. You will also be asked to choose a username and password.

Once you have completed the form, you will be sent a verification email. Please click on the link in that email to complete the registration process. Once you have done this, you will be able to log in to Audience Finder Original and instantly access the National Data insights, which are based on the full Audience Finder dataset. Once you begin contributing data, you will then be able to access Audience Finder Answers. Please note they is a different login process for Audience Finder Show Stats.

If your organisation is new to the Audience Finder Data Tools, you can choose to contribute ticketing data and/or survey data to Audience Finder. For more information on how to do this please see the following support articles:

Once you’ve registered on Audience Finder, your credentials will also allow you to login into our new insights tool Audience Finder Answers.

SPEEDY TIP: If you are registering to access an existing organisation’s dashboard (i.e. an organisation that is already contributing ticketing data and/or survey data to Audience Finder) you can help speed up the process by asking a colleague who is already connected the dashboard to send an email to, stating the email address you’ve just registered with and verified and authorising you to be added to the organisation’s dashboard.
