How do I reset my password for the Audience Finder Data Tools?

If you’ve registered in the past for Audience Finder Original or Audience Finder Answers, but are now struggling to log in, our first advice would be to reset your password. Please first be sure of which platform you’re looking to log in to. Guidance for each may be found below.

For Audience Finder Original please access the login page here, and on the right hand side of the page you should be presented with a box as below where you can provide your username or email address, to be sent an email to select a new password.


For Audience Finder Show Stats please access the login page here and enter your email address in the box provided and then press the ‘forgotten password’ button to be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
