How often does my ticketing data update?

Matured (past) ticketed production data is extracted into Audience Finder Original each Saturday and then extracted into Audience Answers the following day. This takes place automatically each week for organisations on a fully supported system, but may not be the case with users on semi-supported systems where uploads take place at the organisation’s discretion. All manual uploads similarly are updated weekly once data extraction has taken place.

Once ticketing data has been extracted, organisations will be able to see and analyse their ticketing data in the Audience Finder Data Tools and apply performance categorisation. Additionally, once ticketing data is extracted, touring organisations can then also request access through Audience Finder Show Stats.
