Discover how a human-centred design approach can help you create content that resonates with your communities.

Creating content can feel like running on an endless treadmill, but more organisations are learning to take a step backwards, examine what content is truly valuable for communities and work with them to produce it.

This session will focus on human-centred design techniques for working with communities and demonstrate how it informs practical approaches, ideation techniques and effective reporting on content and its creation.
