Work through the process of creating an audience development plan for successfully retaining audiences and reaching new ones.
Good audience development planning is at the heart of successfully retaining audiences and reaching new ones. This webinar will work through the process of creating an audience development plan and will include a framework to follow, which can be adapted for your own organisation.
The session will look at using insights about your own organisation and the wider environment to identify opportunities and priorities, as well as putting audiences and their needs at the centre of the planning process. It will cover setting goals and objectives for audience development, developing strategies and action plans and measuring success. The session will explore how to future proof your plan and there will be tips around how to bring your whole organisation on board with audience development planning. We’ll also signpost you to a range of resources to support the planning process.
