Good audience development planning is at the heart of successfully retaining audiences and reaching new ones. This Skillset session will guide you step by step through audience development planning using an easy to use framework, which can be adapted for your own organisation.
The session will help you use insights about your own audiences and communities and the wider environment to identify opportunities and priorities, as well as putting audiences and their needs at the centre of the planning process. It will cover setting goals and objectives for audience development, developing strategies and action plans and measuring success. The session will also help you future proof your plan and includes tips on how to bring your whole organisation on board with audience development planning.
