Where can I find the new Audience Spectrum subsegments in Audience Answers?

If you’re contributing data to Audience Answers through ticketing data and/or Audience Answers surveys, you’ll find the new subsegments available via the Insights section of your dashboard.

You’ll find the subsegments applied to both your ticketing and/or survey data. At the moment these can only be applied for the past 12 months of your ticketing data, but we plan to add custom date functionality in the near future.

You’ll find charts like the example below, guidance on putting this insight into practice, and links to detailed pen portraits.
