If you’re contributing data to the Audience Finder Data Tools through ticketing data and/or Audience Finder surveys, you’ll find the new subsegments available to you in Audience Finder Answers, via the Insights section of your dashboard.
At the moment these can only be applied for the past 12 months of your ticketing data, but we plan to add custom date functionality in the near future. Similarly, an insight allowing you to analyse your survey data will be available in the coming weeks.
You’ll find charts like the example below, guidance on putting this insight into practice, and links to detailed pen portraits.
The subsegments are also available to users of Audience Finder Show Stats, both touring organisations and venues, o explore the profile of ticket bookers at a production level in reports, including the free of charge annual summary report.
However, Audience Finder Original will not include the Audience Spectrum subsegments, and continue to use only the 10 top-level segments.
